Tune into the cycles of the moon, get peaceful, connect with your subconscious, and discover more about your inner you! This is a safe space of support to nurture your inner growth.
Moon Mingles are facilitated by Jeanna Fearon, Art Therapist and Hypnotherapist. After a short presentation about the moon of the month and some therapeutic prompts, there will be 30 minutes of meditative music for you to art, write, crochet, drum, dance, or just listen. After the meditation, there will be a discussion to process the experience and extend upport to each other.
In person, all supplies are included. If you are attending on zoom, just work with anything that inspires you at the moment! Manalas are great for freedom of expression. Just draw a circle and fill it in abstractly with lines, shapes, and colors.
